HRM 310 Training and Development

This course is designed to provide an analysis of training management and employee development in the public and private organizational sector. Basics of training design and delivery, the assess- ment of training programs, and how organizational factors influence training efforts are examined. Methods of training delivery are surveyed such as e-learning, blended learning, learning management systems, and knowledge management systems and the use of these methodologies in delivery of training.
