Admission to Teacher Licensure Programs

The Teacher Education Program (TEP) at Bethel University encompasses all policies, procedures, and components necessary in developing educators for the 21st century.  Bethel's Teacher Education Program prepares and supports future educators by implementing a comprehensive and research-based curriculum.  Courses are taught by exceptional faculty and clinicians, working to build lasting relationships with academic advisors to better develop and apply individual plans for success.  Collaboration with partner schools is integral to the program to build strong field experiences in diverse communities and school-based settings.  Teacher candidates are advised to apply for acceptance in the TEP during their sophomore year.  All education majors must be accepted into the TEP to enroll in any 400-level course and apply for student teaching.
