BIOL 313 Ecology

An introduction to the major theories and concepts in ecology. Topics covered include evolutionary theory, sexual selection, kin selection, organismal ecology, population ecology and dynamics, community ecology, and ecosystem ecology. Students will complete a research project and produce a research paper and presentation. Three hours of lecture and three hours of lab per week. Lab: BIOL 313L
