BIOL 208 Intermediate Molecular Cell Biology

A study at the molecular level of cellular structures and mechanisms involved in key life processes.  Topics will include the endomembrane system, cytoskeleton and cell motility, control of gene expression, cellular reproduction, and signal transduction.  We will also explore the immune system and cancer development in molecular detail.  Scientific reading and writing skills will be developed in this course.
