MSA 515 Legal Aspects of Sport

An introduction to risk management and its application to interscholastic, intercollegiate, Professional and recreational sport. Students will identify, evaluate, and learn how to minimize or prevent loss to personal and real property, clients and students, employees and the public. Students will study systems used in assessing risks in major sectors of the sport industry.
