MATH 109 Excursions in Math

A General Education math course designed to foster development of problem-solving skills, quantitative literacy (particularly in the use of data), and effective communication in writing and speaking on mathematical subjects. Topics of the course may include probability and statistics, geometry, voting theory, graph theory, and notions of infinity.
