HCM 325 Health Care Informatics

This course introduces the current status of information systems in healthcare. Topics will include information architec- tures, administrative and clinical applications, information retrieval, decision support systems, security and confidentiality, information system cycles, the electronic health record, key health information systems and standards, and medical devices.
