Organizational Management, B.S.

The Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management is designed to improve the students understanding of how organizations function and develop effective skills in management and leadership. Students will explore areas such as group and organizational management, human resources, and marketing. More technical aspects of the program include courses in accounting, economics, finance, statistics, and systems management. The program will challenge students to evaluate issues and concepts that are central to the practice of management through the perspectives of historical, Biblical and ethical standards.
