General Studies, A.A.

The General Studies program is designed for students who are seeking a two-year degree in a local church setting that provides them with a robust education with a solid liberal arts foundation.  The goal of the degree is to foster students' ability to think deeply and Christianly and to communicate well in an increasingly diverse American context.  The General Studies major provides a two-year degree that includes the core learning components and competencies that are foundational to a four-year bachelor's degree.  This Associate of Arts degree includes Christian ministries-related courses and the opportunity to learn via a series of supervised practicums.  This degree allows students to easily move into a bachelor's degree at Bethel University or sister institutions.
