Department Mission:

The Psychology Department’s mission is to challenge each student’s mind by providing programs that develop competency in the skills and knowledge of the discipline; to enlarge each student’s vision by providing programs that develop analytical and critical thinking within the discipline; and to equip each student for lifelong service by providing programs that develop skills in experiential situations and interpersonal relationships, and prepare students for employment situations, and/or graduate or professional school.
