INT 304 Fundamentals of Interpreting

This discussion course examines a range of topics related to the profession of interpreting: its history, theories, and ethics. Students begin composing their philosophy of interpreting and the Demand- Control Schema, a tool for decision- making, is introduced. Required readings are texts included in the national R.I.D. written exam.
